RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, or you simply change your mind.
At SERTIS, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your item.

Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
- It must be sent back in the original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll handle it.
How to request a return:
- Email info@sertiswear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You’ll get a reply within 24 hours with the return address and shipping instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, you’ll receive a confirmation for your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
If you’re asking for a size exchange or replacement, the new shipment to you is free of charge.
